What to do when stuff goes wrong
Call/Email us with your original order/invoice number within 30 days of receiving the goods and you'll get an RMA number.
If the product is damaged it will be replaced free of charge, just send us a picture of the damage and we will send a new one out, stock permitting, or issue a refund once we've received the original items back.
If you no longer want it, then package the goods up, write your name, the RMA number and the return date on the label provided in the original shipping box. Don't worry if you've lost this, click here to print a new one. Attach the shipping label to the box and send it back to us. This will be at your own cost.
Once the goods are received back we'll issue you with a full refund, excluding postage costs to get the goods back to us, back to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, dependent on your card issuer.

How we get stuff out to you
Like you I want my stuff as soon as possible. For the UK it's easy, for international it's a bit more tricky.
- Products ordered before 4pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be sent out on the same day.
- Products ordered over a weekend will be sent out on a Monday or Tuesday if it's a bank holiday.
- For the UK we offer three levels of shipping, with slightly different prices for dice over other products.
Shipping rates include standard, enhanced, and free shipping options depending on order value and weight.
